Weight Loss Adelaide

There are lots of weight loss 'solutions' available in Adelaide.

I am critical of many of them. It's not just that most of the weight loss solutions don't work. Often they leave people worse off than when they started!

Sure there is the money lost and the time wasted, but even worse there is the implied 'failure' and all the psychological 'baggage' that goes with that.

And that's before we get to any of the specific side-effects that many of these methods have.

However it is not reasonable for me to criticize without proposing what to do instead.

In fact it was discovering the alternative that made me able to realize how badly wrong my medical training was.
